At Life After Breath, we facilitate experiential, introspective, and revealing classes and workshops that help you to alleviate stress, detoxify your body, and foster increased levels of body/mind/spirit awareness. All of our offerings include Homa Therapy to further enhance your experience.


Stress Management Classes

According to ancient wisdom, there are four conditions that cause stress, and they are still prevalent in our modern times. Through participating in our Stress Management Classes, you learn:

  • What these conditions are.
  • How they give rise to stress.
  • Which tools you can use to alter them.
  • How and how often to use the tools to optimize their effects on you and your life.

As a result, you are well-equipped to effectively manage, reduce, and even prevent stress - at work, at home, anywhere.

Classes are conducted in group settings and structured in two-, four- or eight-hour sessions to deliver the depth of information and range of exercises that suit each group's objectives.

If you and/or your coworkers, managers, clients, or other group members experience one or more of the following symptoms, our Stress Management Classes will help you experience relief.

Conscious Breathing Meditations

Most of us take in only 20-30% of the oxygen that we could when we inhale and release just a fraction of the toxins and carbon dioxide when we exhale, even when we exercise.

The outcomes: vulnerability to and experience of physical pain and disease as well as emotional, mental, and spiritual dis-ease.

By engaging in our Conscious Breathing Meditations, you use 100% of your lung capacity to nourish the 100 trillion cells in your body with the oxygen they crave and release from your body carbon dioxide and toxins that have been lodged in it.

The results:

  • Clearing of energy blocks.
  • Alleviation of physical symptoms that resulted from toxin build-up.
  • Healing of deep-rooted thoughts and emotions related to hurt, trauma, etc.
  • Guidance from your Higher Self.

The Conscious Breathing Meditation facilitated most often by Life After Breath is the guided Dolphin Meditation.

Here you use the totality of your lung capacity, breathe in a controlled, circular manner, and follow the music and spoken guidance to journey with the dolphin and enter into a transcendent state of consciousness. It is during your time in this space that all levels of healing can occur.
